About ProcureKit

About ProcureKit

Australia’s most comprehensive procurement toolkit, built by procurement experts, for procurement teams.

What we do

At ProcureKit, we help organisations streamline procurement by combining a fully maintained library of professional templates with expert implementation consulting. Our solutions give you everything you need to run compliant, efficient, and consistent procurement processes, without wasting months building documents from scratch.

Why we exist

We saw the same problem across industries: teams were reinventing the wheel for every tender, quote, or evaluation. The result? Wasted time, inconsistent compliance, and higher risk of errors. We created ProcureKit to give organisations instant access to ready-to-use, best-practice procurement tools, supported by hands-on guidance to make them work in the real world.

What makes us different

  • Always up to date: Templates updated multiple times per year, sometimes monthly, to match changes in laws, regulations, and best practice.

  • Compliance built-in: Our resources reflect real-world government procurement rules and evaluation models.

  • Cost-effective: More affordable than hiring a $150K+ procurement manager or $350/hr consultant.

  • Proven in the field: Trusted by procurement professionals in government, health, education, and NFP sectors.

Our approach

We don’t just hand you documents and wish you luck. Every subscription includes expert consulting to help you customise, implement, and maintain your procurement toolkit. We work alongside you to embed best practice in your organisation, so you see results from day one.
